Our co***ny locates in Yongxin Town,Longwan District,Wenzhou City,China with convenience traffic ways by ship,car and plane.We have been both the famous and selective enterprise in the district and city after consistant developing stably.
¡¡¡¡We are the co***ny with 300 employees which owns 80 million yuan fixed assets and has an area of 3,000 square meters. The total output of the year is more than RMB 180 million,ie 10,000 tons of round steel, 5,000 tons of seamless steel, 3,500 tons of round and hot rolled steel strip, which is on top of this industry.
There are 7 workplants and 2 testing laboratories in our co***ny,ie steeling plant,steel rolling plant,punching plant,drawing plant,cold rolled pipes plant,metal working plant, center for ultrasonic¡¢eddy current undestructive inspection & metallographic chimical analysis,mechanical property and intercrystalline acid eroding analysis.
Besides,there are still other 3 assistant workshop sections: material preparing, power supply & equipment repairing and gas supply. We have more than 130 production equipment including:medium frequency furnace,AOD furnace,§æ50 punch machine,LB-25~Lb-80 drawing maching,dynamotor, gas supply equipment, lathe, billet peeler,leveling machine,heat treating furnace and so on.
¡¡¡¡We also have been properly equipped with METAL-LAB75/80 ***rk spectrograph which is made in Italy,general tensile force testing machine,metallographic microscope,visible spectrometer, intercrystalline acid eroding instrument, eddy current & ultrasonic inspection and so on more than 50 testing equipment.
Therefore, we can manufacture various specifications of seamless steel pipe, round steel, strip steel, elbow parts, flange and so on which achieve grade C5 ultrosonic and grade B eddy current.
